What are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent substantial experience in a related field.

• You live by the mantra “Getting things done” – you’re capable of tackling any task, even those involving topics you haven’t encountered before.

• You take ownership of new features, driving them from concept to deployment, and act as a trusted advisor on architectural decisions.

More specifically:

• You are a Senior/Lead Ruby on Rails Developer (m/f/d) with 5 to 10 years of professional experience.

• You have an in-depth understanding of technical infrastructure and are adept at operating complex software systems in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Heroku, PostgreSQL, Redis).

• Your experience has given you a strong grasp of distributed systems and the challenges that come with them.

• You bring technical leadership experience, with or without direct people management responsibilities.

• You have the ability to challenge and advise on product management decisions effectively.

• You are passionate about the FinTech industry and are ready to make a meaningful impact.

• You already have permanent residency in Germany or are willing to relocate.
