What to expect from us

• Take ownership of the product strategy and lead the Product team both professionally and personally

• Define, prioritize & communicate requirements clearly and effectively

• Act as the central interface between internal and external stakeholders

• Facilitate discussions with transparency, constructive guidance, and team focus

• Shape the roadmap and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

• Apply product methodologies (e.g. Story Mapping, Design Thinking, Roadmapping) and run workshops

• Know your product inside out and develop the best solutions for our users and the company

What we’re looking for

• Several years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Specialist – incl. 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or FinTech

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar – but strong career changers are welcome

• Strong conceptual skills, quick comprehension, and entrepreneurial thinking

• Agile mindset with practical experience in Kanban, Product Discovery & Development

• Excellent communication & facilitation skills – you inspire your team, lead workshops, and engage stakeholders

• German skills (C1+) are a must, strong English completes your profile

• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Figma

• Affinity for financial topics (financial background is a plus) and curiosity for market innovations
