What documents do I need for my application?
We aim to keep the application process as simple as possible. While we do require some information, your CV is enough for the first step. Whether you would like to add additional documents is entirely up to you. You can find out how to apply in the next question.
How do I apply?
You are already on our careers page – so you’re almost there. Simply go to the job that interests you and click “Apply”. Upload your CV and enter a few personal details. Your application will then go directly to our Talent Team.
Who should I address my application to?
Adding a cover letter is completely optional. Each job posting includes a direct contact person. You are welcome to address your application to them. We look forward to receiving your application.
How long does it take to receive feedback?
You are at the center of our application process. That’s why we aim to provide transparent feedback as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will contact you shortly after receiving your application with an initial update. You will also receive timely feedback after each interview. Depending on the role and the number of interview rounds, the process may vary. However, you will usually know within about a week what the next steps are. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to us at any time.
What does the application process look like?
Our hiring process is transparent and straightforward. First, we get to know each other in a short conversation and discuss the key aspects of the role as well as your expectations. Another part of the process is a practical challenge that helps us understand how we would work together in everyday situations. We may also conduct reference calls to gain a more complete picture. Finally, you will have the opportunity to meet your future team and experience our working environment firsthand.
