Our application process

Step 1
Have you submitted your application to portagon?
Congratulations!
We will get back to you shortly with initial feedback on your application.

Step 2
In the first conversation, we will get to know each other and discuss the framework of the position as well as your expectations.
This will also give you your first insight into how we work . Of course, you will have time for your questions , and afterwards you will receive feedback.

Step 3
A key component of our process is a practical challenge that shows you and us how well we fit together in day-to-day work.
You will prepare this task and present it to our team in a one-hour meeting – either on-site or online .
In addition, we conduct reference checks to obtain a more comprehensive picture.

Step 4
Finally, you will have the opportunity to meet your future team and experience the atmosphere at portagon firsthand.
If we are convinced that we are a good fit for each other, you will receive a contract offer .
After that, we'll prepare your onboarding together. We'll provide everything you need and support you as you begin your career at portagon .
